This California Privacy Notice (the "Notice") provides information to California residents only about how New Media Technologies, Inc. and its affiliated companies ("we," "us," "our"), operating the lifepolicycheck.org website, collect, use, and disclose personal information. This Notice is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA").

Third-Party Selling and Sharing

We sell and share (for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes) categories of Personal Information to third parties who are not our service providers. These companies may use your Personal Information for their everyday business purposes, including marketing life insurance and related products. In the past twelve months, we sold/shared Identifiers, Insurance-Related Information, Commercial Information, and Internet or other electronic network activity information to Insurance Partners and advertising/analytics companies (including Meta Platforms, Inc.) for marketing and analytics purposes. Sensitive Personal Information

To the extent any information we collect qualifies as "sensitive personal information" under the CCPA, we use it only for purposes permitted under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121 — namely, to provide the services you requested, to prevent fraud, and for quality and safety purposes. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

How Long We Retain Your Personal Information

We may retain each category of Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted based on your relationship with us, our legal and regulatory obligations (including TCPA consent recordkeeping, typically retained for at least four years), and our need to retain information for normal business purposes, including marketing.
